Assistant Business Controller to Permobil EMEA

In the role as Assistant Business Controller for Permobil EMEA, located in Kista, Stockholm, you will be responsible for keeping the consolidation, planning and reporting systems of the Region updated. The Assistant Business Controller is deeply involved in the overall EMEA budget and forecasting process, with priority to Sales Countries Revenue related parameters, profitability analysis related to both product and customer and reporting of the actual results. The position is responsible for systems always being updated and reconciled. The Assistant Business Controller will also be involved in creating presentation and review decks.

Your Challenge

- EMEA overall financial planning & analysis.
- EMEA overall financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly processes.
- Focus on Sales countries budgeting and forecasting process.
- Together with the Business Controller, supporting other EMEA functions, providing data and analysis reporting to increase transparency and make decision making efficient.
- Support/participate actively in the implementation of IT tools/systems.
- BPX for Financial Reporting Systems.

Your Background

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or other relevant degrees and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a reporting/consolidation/analytical position within Accounting or Finance, preferably in a multi-country environment. You have a good understanding of reporting requirements and financial systems structures and you have solid system knowledge. Experience from working in Excel, Cognos, PowerBI and PowerPoint is meritorious, and you are fluent in English and at least one other European language.
