As controller at the production company in Örebro you will be a high-performing member of the controlling team and support Business Controller in making effective business decisions. Together with the Business Controller ensure that adequate internal control processes are in place and that Epiroc processes are implemented. You also participate in business activities and thereby actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with the strategy and targets. Underground divisions is a division within Epiroc employing approximately 1 500 people and located in our product companies (Sweden, China, India) and Customer Centers worldwide.

Your mission
* Together with the Business Controller ensure that leading business indicators and highlights/red flags are produced to support management in steering the business. Furthermore to closely follow up the development of the company versus trends and analyze deviations from agreed plans.
* To initiate and run benchmarking and leading practice projects in order to learn from others and improve processes.
* To participate in various projects and internal audits within Epiroc.
* Together with the Business Controller secure that solid asset management procedures are in place, safeguarding that the company operates with a minimum of capital tied up.
* To secure that the proper provisions and accruals are calculated and booked in a timely manner
* Together with the Business Controller safeguard the quality of the Income Statement and the Balance sheet, in close cooperation with the Regional Center of Excellence. 
* To make sure that appropriate risk awareness and internal control procedures are in place and that external and internal auditors get necessary support.
* To analyze, report and suggest improvements in the way we work in collaboration with the business and Regional Center of Excellence

Your profile
You have a Finance degree on university level or other relevant background and experience, at least 1-2 years of work experience. You also have good knowledge in cost accounting. Experience of working in complex ERP systems is a requirement, and if you have knowledge in M3 it is a plus. You also have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English is required.

You have good ability to interact effectively with all company departments, with other Group colleagues and with third parties. For this role you also need strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. You take great personal responsibility and self-driven.
