As Assistant Controller you will work closely together with the Controller for the quarterly fund reporting.This entails amongst others inter company confirmations, checking/analyzing received figures, consolidation, etc.You will also be responsible for the cash flow reporting of the fund to the Controller/CFO and ad hoc information needs (i.e.acquisitions, investor questions, etc.).You will have international contacts.As corporate accountant you will work closely together with the Manager Finance and Operations, performing reports, forecasting, budgeting and analyses of the management company.The management company is taking care of the management of the fund.In this role you will also be dealing with the auditors and you will be in close connection with the to be established Finnish management company.The combination of the two roles is challenging and has good development opportunities on both sides.Your profile You have a bachelor or master degree in economics/business administration and at least two years of working experience; preferably at an audit firm.You have to know the Swedish accounting and tax rules.You are fluent in English and Swedish.Knowledge of Finnish or Dutch is a pro, as well as real estate and IFRS knowledge.You must be flexible, multi-tasking, analytical, highly organized, and an independent worker.It will also be of greatest importance that you fit in the small Nordic team.Contaktperson Please apply by the link below.As the selection process and interviews are being conducted continuously, please send your application as soon as possible.
