Our Stockholm office opened in 2017 and is now highly active across the Nordics, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and LBOs. Our client portfolio extends across the Nordic region and includes cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.
Due to the success of our Nordic team we are actively looking for experienced and ambitious Assistant Director to join us in Stockholm.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple financial due diligence engagements, working closely with our European Managing Directors
A&M works with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure
You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
You will be encouraged to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in developing new client relationships.

Previous experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity or blue-chip Corporates
Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (transaction services) practice
Experience of actively and pro-actively participating in business development activities
Fluent business level English is essential
A&M is a growing business and TAG employees have extensive client exposure and the opportunity to be involved in business development activities. Team members join the monthly TAG meeting where WIP, project pipeline, resourcing, marketing and business development initiatives are discussed.
