Assistant Purser
. Supervise daily operation of Front Desk & Guest Services
. Lead team of Guest Services H/H; follow-up on daily assignments
. Handle any Guest service issues & follow through with GS recovery
Essential requirements:
. Minimum two years shipboard or related experience
. Tourism and Hospitality classes/certifications a plus
. Knowledge of Immigration and Customs regulations
. Cash handling experience
. Demonstrated proficiency with PC based data bases, spread sheets, and word processing systems
. Demonstrated ability to influence others
. Ability to handle multiple tasks Detail oriented
