An international organization in Stockholm is looking for an assistant.
Job Description
The role as an Assistant to the CEO includes multiple responsibilities such as;
- Administrative and secretarial support
- Scheduling and maintaining the CEO s diary
- Assisting the preparation and planning of receptions, dinners and other social events
- Assisting with preparation of programs for visitors of the Organization
- Translating material from Swedish to English and from English to Swedish
Professional and personal qualifications
- 5 years of experience of similar position
- Interpersonal skills
- Independent and proactive
- Accurate
- Big sense of responsibility
- Capacity of working under pressure
- Fluency in English
- Swedish as mother tongue
- Good computer skills, MS Office
- Recommendations from former employer
Educational Qualifications
Academic Degree is desirable
