Are you the professional assistant for this Private Equity Company?Adecco is looking for professional assistants for permanent placement in an international company in the Private Equity industry.The positions will be based in our client's Stockholm office which was established in 2001 and has grown since then.Our client is a leading private equity investment firm in its core geographical and sector markets, focused on the German speaking and Nordic regions with offices in Frankfurt, London and Stockholm This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assistant to learn more about the Private Equity industry in a small team environment of highly ambitious and entrepreneurial professionals who are specialists in their fields.Each assistant will support two Executives.Primary responsibilities include: - Managing diaries and maximizing effectiveness of company executives - Scheduling of travel, involving the organization of complex logistics and liaison with external companies - Co-ordination of signing and distribution of documents - Arranging for formal documents to be signed by notaries, lawyers and consulates - Scheduling meetings and communication with legal, financial and other advisers - Assisting with the preparation of presentations for internal / external meetings - Processing expense claims - Maintaining contact databases and portfolio company library - Compilation and maintenance of electronic and hard-copy files - Ad hoc projects Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially English -Experience of working as an assistant in a professional, fast paced environment in the financial or legal sector, preferably within the Private Equity sector - Appropriate educational background -Proven organizational ability and an ability to multitask and forward plan -General understanding of business and financial world and a willingness to learn about Private Equity - Good common sense and the ability to listen and pick up tasks quickly - Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Personal Attributes: - Pro-active, self starter, team orientated with close attention to detail - Industrious with an ability to work in fast pace, entrepreneurial and multi-office international environment - Integrity, takes responsibility and ownership of own work - Flexibility to work long and non-standard hours as needed - Mature, self-confident, with a drive for excellence and prepared to work hard - Highly organized and competent, thorough Compensation and benefits: The company values a hard working moral and enthusiasm, manifesting itself through a general bonus system directed to all employees and competitive starting salaries.The working environment is first-class; stimulating and developing, where all employees participates in the growth of the company.Apply no later than September 9th, 2007, by sending your application and CV in English at www.adecco.se.Welcome to apply!
