Our client's car is launched in several countries, and consumers have various options to access the car, including purchasing, monthly contracts, and sharing. The multi-market approach and the complexity of the automotive industry involve a substantial volume of financial transactions managed by multiple European subsidiaries. Since their current Assistant Treasurer is going on maternity leave in June, we are looking for a replacement. In this role, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders across different European markets. To manage these interactions effectively, we are looking for an individual with a structured mindset who is passionate about business development.

This role involves a close collaboration with the Head of Treasury and the Treasury team, the Assistant Treasurer will support various treasury and cash management activities. Our client is growing fast, therefore we are seeking someone who is flexible, self-reliant, and capable of delivering results.

Assignment Description:
• Managing cash and reconciling bank accounts
• Handling debt administration
• Preparing and delivering management presentations while tracking KPIs
• Assisting in cash flow actualization and forecasting, including reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating KYC requests from banks and other financial partners
• Actively participating in credit negotiations with banks
• Engaging with local sales teams and our Engagement Center agents
• Collaborating with the Head of Treasury and CFO to establish the strategic direction for the Treasury department
• Streamlining treasury processes, including supporting the Treasury management system
• Providing general support for treasury functions and handling ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
• Knowledge of operational treasury and/or finance work
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English at a professional level

Personal Qualities:
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and socialy
• Proven ability to work as a team player with individuals at all levels of seniority in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel gained through experience
