Trill Impact is a pioneering Impact House with around EUR 1.2 billion in assets under management across its investment strategies and with a team of more than 55 experienced professionals based in Sweden, Germany, Luxembourg, USA and Denmark.

Your mission

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate and organize calendars in a team of 10 people
Make travel arrangements, book meetings, restaurant reservations
Management of receipts, coordinating invoices and payments within your team
Admin Copy/scan, filing and organizing of documents in paper form and digitally.
Support your team with minor IT issues
Help implementing new presentations and other tools that is needed.
Support with on-boarding new employees within the team.
Event planning, organize team events, AW or other activities.
Daily office up-keep and service


Your background

To thrive in the role, you should be a good administrator who enjoys organizing your surroundings and can thrive in some chaos. You have at least an upper secondary education and a few years of experience in a similar role. It is also helpful if you have a background within private equity, banking, law firm, consulting, or international environment. You have experience in various technical systems, an understanding of how to work in cloud systems and master the Office package, primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing. If you also know German and/or French, that's a plus.

You are a good communicator, personable, professional and enjoy connecting with colleagues and contacts at various levels. You can see the bigger picture, identify opportunities for development and welcome new initiatives. You are solution-oriented and passionate about providing high-quality service. Ideally, you have good self-motivation and engagement within the framework of your own tasks and projects. You can gather information and familiarize yourself with issues quickly.

This is a temporary position starting on September 1st and lasting until December 31st, 2025. There is a very good chance of it being extended.
