Kunden är en internationell koncern med kontor bl. a i Sollentuna. Bolaget bedriver grossistverksamhet inom detaljhandel.

Arbetsuppgifter
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our
Sweden Office


Main Activities:

. Receive, direct and make telephone calls, fax messages and e-mails;
. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence;
. Assist in the planning and preparation of trade shows, meetings and conferences;
. Provide word-processing and secretarial support;
. Maintain scheduling and event calendars;
. Schedule and confirm appointments and travel arrangements for the Office Manager and Sales Manager;
. Take an order at the telephone/ fax or email and place it into warehouse system;
. Prepare (packaging) the placed order and send via postal office/ cargo supplier to our customer;
. Responsibility for cash box and cash book and also in charge of collecting receipt and invoices for our external accountant

. Organizational skills;
. Ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and to deadlines;
. Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and priorities tasks;
. Oral and written communication skills;
. Pleasant, confident telephone manner;
. Tact and discretion;
. Teamwork and project management skills
. Reliability and honesty;
. Using MS Office equipment and Internet applications well;
. Fluent in English;
