Assisting Nurses with foreign nursing licenses Stockholm

The position at hand:
Attendo is initiating a trainee program for foreign nurses with the ambition of acquiring a Swedish Nursing License, with a long term goal of residing and working in Sweden. We are seeking registered nurses with a foreign nursing license, with experience of working as a registered nurse for at least two years. To fulfill the criteria of employment and consequently our trainee program, it is of great importance that you are willing to work as an assisting nurse in a full-time position in our nursing homes located in Sweden, while training for your Swedish nursing license. You need to be proficient in the Swedish language at level B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Duties: Your responsibilities will initially consist of regular assignments of an assisting nurse in a senior care facility.

Essential criteria:
We are seeking candidates with a genuine interest in geriatric/senior care. As the responsibilites include supervising and mentoring the staff, demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills are important.
