Chiesi is looking to recruit an Associate Rare Diseases Manager to the company.
In this exciting role, you will be part of the Nordic Chiesi Global Rare Diseases team and work with Rare Diseases Managers and Medical Advisors in the development of local marketing materials, marketing activities and execution of congress activities. You will manage appropriate approval processes of marketing material and congress activities and take a project management role in the development of local Brand plans. You will also work with Business Unit Head and Finance department on annual Budget processes, Strategic Plan development and timely management of patient-, sales-, and product demand data in the internal planning systems. You will continuously analyse sales data to understand market behaviours and identify alerts for action.

About the position
Main Responsibilities include:
• Work with Rare Disease Managers and Medical Advisors in the development of local marketing materials, marketing activities and execution of congress activities.
• Take ownership of local marketing material and congress activity approval processes.
• Ensure branded material developed by HQ is implemented locally if appropriate and work with external agencies and co-ordinate translations of material.
• Work with Marketing assistant to submit marketing materials to LIF/ENLI etc according to internal SOPs
• Be engaged in Annual Budget processes and Bi-annual Strategic Plan processes.
• Analyse sales data to track performance and identify “call for action”.
• Project management for Brand Plan development
• Ensure timely management of patient count-, sales-, and product demand data into the internal planning systems. Act as a liaison vs Global Marketing Team on such planning systems.

Your profile
Key Qualifications include:
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology or Marketing/Communication
• Experience in sales or marketing from the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
• Experience in financial planning and familiarity with local compliance requirements in sales and marketing activities is a plus
• Language requirement: Any Nordic language as well as business level in English
