KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
· Performing company, industry and market research.
· Preparing financial analysis, valuation models and presentations of possible investments.
· Active participation in transaction processes, including project management.
· Participating in teams in connection with portfolio company development and exit processes.
· Participate in board meetings, discussions and assist portfolio companies in specific projects.
· Generate ideas on potential value creation and sourcing new deals.
· Actively contributing to establishing and building the broader EQT Group’s, activities in the Nordics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within investment banking or management consulting in the top tier firms. Other possible profile is within private equity, investment or management activities, a corporate setting, in an M&A department or similar. Very positive if the candidate has had several different work/internship experiences and even started their own company.
· Commercial approach, understanding of market drivers in general and ability to analyse targets from an industrial and strategic point of view, not only financial.
· Financial modelling and valuation skills.
· Relevant university or business school background with strong academic record.
· Fluency in English.
· Excel and PowerPoint skills.
