Associate/Vice President ESG Capital Markets

Work closely on a daily basis with colleagues from Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and support Equity Capital Markets/Corporate Finance to deliver tailored ESG finance solutions
Drive the business forward and adapt our ESG capital markets offering to a constant changing market. Primary focus is on ESG DCM market
Generate ideas and produce insightful pitch materials and coordinate the process for ESG Bond/Finance Frameworks
This is a client facing role meaning you interact directly with Swedbank’s customers
What isneeded in this role: Bachelor orMaster degree in Finance, Economics and/or ESG, ideally combined
3+ years of experience within financial industry
A genuine interest in ESG and the financial markets
Excellent oral and written English skills. Mandatory knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
The ability to handle stress and appreciate to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and intense work environment
