Attribute Leader – Driver Assist

As an Attribute Leader Driver Assist you will be overall responsible to achieve the Driver Assist performance in car development. You will work with definition and development of Driver Assist functions like lane keeping aid, active cruise control, blind spot detection and park assist.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Definition of complete vehicle requirements and system requirements in platform projects
• Balancing of requirements in the development phase
• Definition and development of verification plans, test and evaluation methods
• Compile and evaluate analysis and test results
• Decide and communicate attribute status based on analysis and test results
• Support the design departments in development of specifications, concept selections and supplier evaluations
• Conduct in vehicle development work


Requirements
• MSc Engineering
• Experience of being responsible for engineering projects
• Knowledge of vehicle development
• Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive issues
• Analytic and problem solving mindset
• Ability to cooperate and work in team
• Create and develop personal networks
• Driver license type B
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
