My wife Betty was born in Pennsylvania in 1970.During her studies she spent a year in France and then staid on to work.We met in Paris.We have 2 sons.Ben just turned 3 and is a blond cute little boy.We raise him bilingual and he is starting to talk in both languages.He is also singing a lot these days and NO is his favorite word right now (it means yes in most cases though).Seth is 5 1/2 and was diagnosed with autism when he was 3 years old.Seth is not very verbal but says some words.He is a very affectionate and very handsome.He has beautiful green eyes and is starting to make progress.We have made sacrifices to get the best environment for him and will continue to look for what is best for him.Seth demands requires constant attention.The first that comes to my mind is trust, 100% trust that the au pair person takes care of the children the way the parents would.Communication must be very open.Some ground rules to live under the same roof and a typical schedule must be established and agreed by both parties.There must be some flexibility in that schedule and advance notice must be given as much as possible by each party for any change.Hopefully a relationship will establish itself between the au pair and the family and there will be a lot of smiles and run throughout the week.We are not just looking for a service to be provided we are very much interested in the person who will live with us for about a year.We hope to fulfill her expectations and to leave a vivid memory of her time spent in the United Sates.Tillträde: Hösten Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
