Au Pair-Extraordinaire/North Carolina.

Hi, and welcome to the story of our family! Elizabeth and Derek are originally from Canada, and both grew upon farms.We met while in our 20 s, dated for 2 years and got married.We were married for over 15 years before having children.Elizabeth is now 45 and Derek 42.Elizabeth went to University in Canada, and has a degree in Human Ecology, an MBA, and an accounting designation.Derek went to school in North Carolina, and has a degree in Construction Management and a diploma in Surveying / Civil Engineering.Elizabeth is employed by Nonel Networks, and is a Director of Finance, Derek is self-employed as a general constructor.Contractor.Prior to having children, we enjoyed vacationing, reading, cooking and golfing.The twins have a busy schedule.They getup between 7:30 and 8, and eat breakfast at about 8;30.They usually go out for a morning activity.They had been going to preschool Monday and Friday, gym class Tuesday, playgroup Wednesday, and a different activity Thursday.They eat lunch around noon.They still nap in the mid afternoon from about 2:30 to 5-00, and the eat dinner at 5.Oscar wakes up around 7:30, gets fed breakfast at 8:30, naps between 9:30 and 10:00 for about an hour, has a bottle when he gets up, has lunch at 1:00, and goes back down for a nap between 2 and 3.He naps for 2-3 hours and has a bottle when he wakes up.He likes to be read to and played with, and loves his toys, snacks, and exersaucer.We have had two other au pairs.Our first au pair was a very sweet and loving woman from Korea.Our second au pair was a very active woman from Poland, who loves our children like her own family.We have really enjoyed our au pairs, and our children have loved them.They have brought their cultures into our home, and have enriched our lives.We hope that we have become a home away from home for them. We live in North Carolina, There is a fairly large au pair network here, and the girls all get together often, There are also many educational options in the area, The climate here is sub-tropical, The winters are mild, with temperatures above freezing every day.The spring and fall are beautiful seasons, and we have a hot summer.The beach is less than 2 hours away, and is beautiful, we also have mountains 3 hours in the other direction.The city and surrounding area have a population or over I million.We have found it to be a great place to live and raise a family, and our au pairs have loved the clean air and warm climate.We look forward to our next au pair experience!Please consider us as your host family.Tillträde: Vintern -07 För att kunna söka denna tjänst ska du ha utbildning från gymnasiets Barn och Fritidsprogram eller vara förskollärare alternativt ha arbetat med barn och ungdomar heltid under 2 år.Som Nanny har du en arbetsvecka på som mest 45 timmar.Din lön är på 200 $/netto per vecka.Familjen står för kost och logi.Det finns även ett ombud på platsen som skall hjälpa och vägleda dig, så att du kommer in i och får uppleva den Amerikanska kulturen på ett bra sätt.Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
