We know that whoever joins our family as an au pair will be happy!Why you may ask, well, we are a very loving, in tact family who enjoy being together.My husband and I have been married for almost 7 years now, and have known each other for approximately 20 years.We are both 35 years old, and have a zest for life that is infectious.My goal will be to work from home 2 days per week and to be in Manhattan 2 days per week for work.I am off on Fridays.My husband will typically be commuting into the city 4 days per week, and working from home 1 day per week.He is extremely articulate, very high energy, and tests boundaries as all 4 year olds do.We do an excellent job of disciplining him, and he is a well-mannered and well-behaved child.His teachers best describe him as someone who would be wanted in any class, because he brings such energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.He always has a smile on his face and adjusts well to new situations and people. Our vision of the perfect au pair to, join our family is first and foremost, someone who is loving, caring and gentle with our children; the loves of our lives!We want someone who will treat them as they were their own.Our children's safety and care is the most important thing to us, and we want someone who is mature and responsible with them at all times.An au pair who is fun loving, easy to be around is crucial to us since this person will be a part of our family.We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and has excellent judgment, who knows how to handle themselves in a crisis and remain calm.We seek someone who loves to play with our children, enjoys being with young kids, a knows how to stimulate them and interact with them (not someone who will put them in front of the Television and videos all the time,).We need someone with excellent communication skills, patients and someone who is open to listening and being flexible as the job may change with our children's daily growth and needs.We have been fortunate to have had the same caregiver for our son for the past 4 years, and have developed a warm, loving and respectful relationship with her.We hope to do the same with whoever joins our family as we view this relationship as one of the most important ones for our children, our au pair and ourselves.Tillträde: Hösten -06 Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
