My husband Joe Kagan and I are hoping that you will come be a part of our family in the first year or two of our daughter's life.We are expecting our first child to arrive in January 2007, and hope that you will come to join us in February,.I will be home with you full time for the first two months you are with us.After the baby is 3 1/2 months old, I will return to work We live in a very friendly neighborhood, and most of our neighbors are also well educated and diverse.Joe and I travel whenever we can.Joe's family is from Switzerland, we go to visit every year, and my family is from Italy.If we take any vacations while you're here, we will of course pay your way to take you with us.When I was in college, I lived in Italy as a student.It was a wonderful time for me to discover the world, and who I wanted to be.I am very excited for you, and I look forward to seeing you experience what could be one of the most exciting years of your life.We are hoping that you will come in February, because during February and March, you can work fewer hours (since I will be home) and take time to get to know New York City, and to make friends.We will of course pay your full salary, we just think you'll be a better Au Pair if you are comfortable in your new home.Manhattan is one of the cultural centers of the world.We are a quick bus ride from Manhattan, ( 30 minutes one way).You will have access to a car whenever you need it, so if you need to travel to Brooklyn or New Jersey to meet with friends or go shopping, you'll be able to get around easily. A cleaning lady visits once per week, so the house is always clean (and mostly neat!).I would expect that you will use your own calling card to make long distance phone calls, and we will need to agree on a reasonable time for you to come back into the house on weekends.I respect that you are an adult, and I expect that we will agree on terms that are comfortable for everyone.This is a very exciting time for both of us.I am hoping to make you feel as comfortable as possible in your home away from home, and that during the time that you are here caring for our child, you will have the type of experience you are looking for.Tillträde: Våren -07 Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
