Also a part of our family is two cats, Peanut and Amos, and a 20-month old Golden Retriever named Cruiser.We live in the country just outside Ann Arbor.It is a beautiful area with open, rolling fields.Our home is situated overlooking a pond with pleasant views from every window.It is located just 5 minutes car drive from Mark's school!Ann Arbor is an exciting place to live.It is home to the University of Michigan, one of the most highly acclaimed public universities in the United States.The area is also home to Eastern Michigan University and Washtenaw Community College, so educational and cultural opportunities abound.There are numerous small clubs in town for dancing and socializing, and many events available through the University.Kent is the Strategic Business Modeling Director.Mary is the Technology Planning Manager.The coming year will bring a fifth au pair to our family, after sharing our home with lovely young women from South Africa, Germany, Brazil and Hungary over the last four years.Our lives are hectic with our positions at Ford and we don't want this hectic pace transferred to Mark. Mark's school starts at 8:15 AM and concludes at 3:15 PM. In addition to our home in Ann Arbor, we have a year-round cottage on Walloon Lake in northern Michigan (250 miles north of Ann Arbor).Our goal is to get to the cottage one weekend each month and we also try to spend much of our vacation time there.It has charm in all seasons of the year and we particularly enjoy it in the summertime when we swim, water ski, Jet Ski, and canoe and kayak on the beautiful clear water.Enjoying swimming and being able to swim well is a key attribute for our au pairs since so much time will be spent near the Water.The cottage is situated in the heart of Michigan's ski resorts, a mere 20 minutes from three different ski areas.Our au pair is welcome to join us for trips to the North Country.Characteristics we most value in our au pair include a love of children, playfulness, enjoyment of the outdoors and new experiences, dependability and honesty.Beyond this, musts are an excellent driving record and a nonsmoking lifestyle.Tillträde: Våren -08 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
