Au Pair/Bakersfield, California

Hi!We are interested the au pair programme because we want to share our family life with a loving caretaker for our son.Our son is ten months old and the rest of our family consists of myself, my husband and two cats.We are looking for an honest, responsible and patient au pair - qualities we feel the au pair would find in us.We hope the au pair would enjoy teaching our son about books, music and arts and crafts.We want to raise him to be a loving, compassionate, confident and happy child.We definitely would encourage social interaction with other children, it is important that our au pair is able to take him to local activities.A typical day in his life would be something like this: Wake up 6:30am, eat breakfast, maybe go for a stroll, read books, play with toys, eat lunch, nap in the afternoon, wake up to bottle and bath.He has just learnt to crawl so he needs to be watched closely!I will take care of him as soon as I return from work and feed him dinner, read to him and put him to bed around 8:00.Our interests are sailing, skiing, gardening and cooking.We also enjoy travelling, locally and internationally and look forward to learning about our au pairs culture.
