Au Pair/Beverly Hills, CA

I am Hailey, 38 years old, married to Jose, 39 years old.We are the parents of triplets, who were born on April 3, 2004 - they are now a little over 2 years old and will be 2 1/2 when a new au pair begins her year. Jose is originally from Detroit.He grew up here and attended Michigan schools.His parents live about a half hour from our house.His Dad and Mom recently retired and they visit with the children one morning every week.In addition, Dad helps with chores around the house on weekends. Jose and I are both college graduates and have each pursued graduate education.My specialty is computer programming and his is business in the field of health care finance.I work about 20 minutes from our house.His work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM.He has worked for a large health care system for the past 6 years.His job does not require travel or overtime.I work full time for the University of Michigan Health Care System and have a 45-minute commute to work.My typical workweek is also Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:PM but my boss is fairly flexible and sometimes I work from home.The work schedule of our au pairs has been, and will continue to be, Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30PM.This is five full nine-hour days.Everyone (including us) describes our children as happy, attentive, bright, and active.Victoria is quite feminine and likes to be the center of attention.Caleb is laid back, easy going and in love with his books which are his favorite things.Evan is loving, likes to cuddle and is full of enthusiasm.Both boys love to explore.We have the space that is our living and dining rooms set up as their play area.It is safe and contains all their toys and the television.One of the major factors in our choice of having an au pair for our childcare needs is the cultural exchange that takes place between our family and the au pair.Both Jose and I have enjoyed the opportunity to welcome a young person from a different country and culture into our family.We have treated our au pairs with respect, affection and as a member of our family, Sharing the mutual goal of caring for our children has created a warm and trusting relationship these past two years.Two years ago we decided to utilize the services of an au pair for our childcare.We have been pleased with the au pairs we selected.Each made a significant contribution to our family and most especially to our children's growth and development.We look forward to sharing the next year with another au pair!!!Tillträde: Hösten -08 Fri resa och sjukförsäkring ingår (värde 5800:-) om du har en komplett ansökan före den 31 juli 2008.Gäller vid avresa till USA under 2008.Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Regelbundna Au Pairmöten i USA.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
