Au Pair/Boston.

We are seeking an au pair beginning this fall.We currently have our second au pair and we have enjoyed both of them very much.Having 3 children under 4 years of age including having twins is a lot of fun but also a lot of work and we'd like to have an au pair for at least another year and possibly more.Sam is 34 years old and is a senior financial analyst.He does very well at his job and works hard - usually from 8am until 6:00pm.He has been at his job for several years and may start to look for a new job but will remain in the Boston area.I am an attorney at a law firm in Boston.My schedule is pretty flexible and from time to time it changes but regardless I am around part of the week to help out with the kids. Cecilia on the other hand, is quieter, shy and very sweet.She is great at sharing with her sister.While the au pair's primarily responsibility will be on weekdays, we would also like someone to help out a couple of weekday and/or weekend nights a month in exchange for free time during the week.We've always tried to be flexible and mindful of our current au pairs' needs and schedule outside of her job as an au pair and are good about planning in advance and making sure everyone is happy with the workload.Currently we live in a nice neighborhood within the City of Boston.It's a 4-level brownstone near public transportation and many amenities.However, our house is for sale and we are starting to look at moving to a suburb of Boston.We would like to have a large house with more space for everyone and a yard for the kids.However, despite moving out of the city we plan to live in a neighborhood close to public transportation and in or very close to a town center with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, parks.Schools and the city. We don't want just a babysitter but rather someone who is willing to take her own initiative to make her own decisions, suggest new ideas, will help work with the children's development, help teach them different things and challenge them.Lastly, we are a very relaxed and casual family.We want our new au pair to feel comfortable in our house.Tillträde: Hösten -07 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
