Au Pair/Boston.

This is our seven year on the Programme and we are very excited to be hosting another au pair!There are 6 of us in the family-my wife and I, our daughter and our 3 sons.The children are aged 7,8, 13 and 18.We are continuing on the Programme as we want our children to continue to receive strong and balanced attention, and we wish them all to interact and learn from a young person from another country.I work in real estate and my office is just 5 minutes away from the house.My wife doesn't work outside of home, but she is rarely at home.We all get together on weekends and go swimming, watch movies, go to museums and restaurants or have barbecues.The children are all in school now, and have various different activities.We need an au pair in the home to help coordinate the various activities and to give the children the attention they deserve.The 2 elder boys are both quite independent, but there are still lots of times when there are conflicting schedules and we need another pair of hands.We would really like an au pair who can help the children learn-for example read with them, play games, music and teach them about her country and its traditions.The 2 younger children have loved the attention that previous au pairs have given them.We are looking for an au pair who is honest and who communicates openly.We believe that the secret to a successful au pair/host relationship is that others are treated fairly and with respect.My wife's family lives within 30 minutes of the house and they often come to dinner on Sundays.My parents and 2 sisters live in Connecticut and New York-my father is actually French and grew up outside Paris.We strongly believe in the importance of a close family.We live in a suburb neighbourhood outside of Boston.There are 50 homes in the "village" and there are a few other au pairs.We believe our au pair will have a great experience living with us and we look forward to the opportunity to share our home with her.Tillträde: Hösten/vintern -06 Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
