Au Pair/Boston, Massachusetts

My family is looking for an au pair to help take care of our girls.I spent the last five years at home with my children when in October; we decided it was time for me to go back to work.At that time, my husband, Rory, was able to work at home and able to look after them when they returned from school.Since that time, Rory has taken a new job and will be spending 4 months in New York going through a training program during the summer and afterwards he will be spending significant time at his job.I'm going to need some help, to say the least.We have three girls Beyonce, 3 years old, Jennifer, 9 years old and Sharon 16 year old.Sharon doesn't need much supervision...just the two younger ones.I should tell you about them: Beyonce is a joy.She is extremely bright little girl who loves to sing, dance and draw.She takes ballet lessons on Saturdays and can't wait until she's 4 so that she can play soccer.She thinks she can read, so its rather amusing watching her "read" a book to us.She learns very quickly, so I want to make sure that she is exposed to books and culture at this young age.She currently attends preschool full time Monday through Friday. Jennifer is a "girlie" girl.She likes to paint her nails and wear lip-gloss ...she is very creative.Her best subject is English, and she writes very well for her age.She has played soccer for the last 8 seasons and now has her sights set on basketball. We have a busy life with lots of friends here that we try to visit often.Several of our friends are from other countries.They include Africa, Sweden.Scotland, Ireland, and the West Indies (Jamaica and St.Croix).It is very diverse here.Much more diverse than where I grew up in South Carolina.We live in a suburb to Boston called Medford.Medford is about 5 miles from Boston.In addition, Boston has more than 30 colleges and universities, more than any other place in the country!We are interested in finding an au pair that can easily integrate into our family.She should be someone that the girls can look up to as a role model for them.She should also be a kind person that can set a good example for them and has lots of patience with them.She should be someone who is self-motivated and shows good manners and courtesy.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
