My name is Rachel and I am a single parent of a delightful seven-year-old boy named Metz.We live in Wellesley, Massachusetts, a safe and beautiful suburb west of Boston.We are about to enter into our fifth year with the Au pair in America program.We have been fortunate to have four fabulous au pairs in the past.Three from South Africa and one from Sweden.We are looking forward to having another successful year with an au pair.Over the next year or so our lives are going to change considerably.He now lives with us and we plan to get married in the near future.Metz is a very bright, active, engaging, curious and talkative child.His past au pairs have enjoyed him very much.Metz has always gotten very attached to his au pairs.He is in second grade at a nearby school, and we are hopeful he can remain there after we move.He enjoys bicycle riding, jumping on his trampoline, baseball, skiing, skating, swimming, sledding, fishing and just about anything that gets him outdoors.He also enjoys listening to music - my past au pairs have always been impressed by his taste in music in that he listens to the same type of music that they do!These days his favorite group is Counting Crows.He hopes to go to a concert someday!He also likes to read chapter books, watch movies, do puzzles, play cards, play on the computer and make designs with pattern blocks.We are both taking piano lessons now, and Metz seems to have real natural ability, which we would love to encourage.So as you can see, he is an active boy, and happy to be around adults.I grew up in New York and am the oldest of four children.I keep very active and exercise is a big part of my daily life.I enjoy working out at the gym, swimming, biking, skiing, tennis and being outdoors.I love gardening and plants and spend lots of time maintaining my yard in the summer.I also love to cook and family meals are very important.Our au pairs have always enjoyed dinnertime at our home.I enjoy entertaining and having guests for meals I am looking for an au pair who is flexible, trustworthy, energetic, responsible and who is interested in being with active boys who love to play.I require an experienced, careful driver and a non-smoker.I want someone who is honest, open and patient.I mainly want someone who will keep my sweet little boy safe when I am not with him.Our past four years with the au pair program have been very successful.We are very excited to meet our new au pair and to have another great year!Tillträde: Hösten -07 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
