Dear Au Pair, This is our tenth year with Au Pair in America and we have been very happy with our au pairs and the program!In this letter we will tell you a little bit about us so that you have a better idea of what life in our family might be like.They are happy, loving kids and look forward to the friendship they develop each year with our au pair.We all look forward to meeting you and learning about you, your home country, customs, and traditions.We have lived in Wyoming (which is a suburb of Cincinnati) for five years.We have found Cincinnati, to be a wonderful city, which offers a wide variety of activities.There is a large amusement park called King's Island, about 25 minutes drive from our home, which is very popular and fun!The zoo here is marvelous - there are so many species of animals and the grounds are beautiful.There are also bike trails, museums, festivals, and so much more.We have a vacation home on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and sometimes vacation there for 1-2 weeks in the summer.Our family enjoys windsurfing, swimming, and biking.The beaches there are beautiful.You will have access to our car in order to take the kids to and from their activities during the day.With permission, you will also be able to use it for your own activities in the evenings and on weekends.The weather in Cincinnati is relatively mild year round, depending on what you are used to.We do not get much snowfall, but we do get some winter days that fall below freezing.The summer months can be very hot - into the 90's (Fahrenheit) - but with central air conditioning you can always escape the heat.There is so much more we could tell you but, for now, we will just say that we are looking forward to developing a mutually rewarding relationship with you.We hope to learn more about you and your country and will help you discover America.We can't wait to meet you, and are eager for you to become a part of our family!Du får alltid eget boende, 2 veckors betald semester, $500-$1000 dollar i studiemedel beroende på au pairtjänst.Flygbiljett t & r om du arbetar ett år.Visum för 13 månader.13:e månaden kan du resa runt i USA på egen hand eller genom Track America.Vi har ett ombud på platsen där du bor, som hjälper dig till rätta i din vardag och presenterar dig för andra ungdomar i området.Tillträde: Hösten -06 Ålder: 18 - 26 år. Skandinaviska Institutet ordnar visum för 13 månader.Intervju görs på följande orter: Stockholm, Malmö, Sölvesborg, Göteborg, Gävle, Umeå, Växjö, Örebro och Linköping.
