Au Pair/Clinton, New York.

Hello!There are 3 of us in the Welch Family, Raquel, Matthew and our son Chaney.Matthew (dad) is a partner at a law firm.His main practice is in real estate and has been there for 20 years.Prior to that, I had a global knowledge management role at a firm far 9 years.I worked from home for the last three years, and am now going back to work full time.This is why we are looking for a responsible, intelligent person to be with our son.Chaney will be 10 in September and entering the 5th grade.He is a bright, and happy child.Chaney's general routine during the school year, is that he gets on the bus (which picks him up at our house) usually by 8:30 am and then drops him off at approximately 3:30 pm.We need to have someone get him ready for school (between 7:00 am - 8:30 am) and then get him off the bus, feed him, do homework with him, etc).Other duties would include preparing Chaney's meals and straightening up after yourself and Chaney including his laundry.Chaney takes piano lessons, clarinet lessons, plays soccer, and goes to church school on Sundays.Chaney is also active on the education commission at our church (Episcopalian).He usually has a few play dates during the week.but schoolwork always needs to come first!We have a private bedroom on the second floor for you to stay in.That is where Chaney's nanny stayed with us for 5 years.She is still a very good friend to the family and we see her often.I released her when I decided to stay at home when I was 6.The ideal applicant to be Chaney's caregiver would be a mature, intelligent person that would be a positive role model to Chaney.The rest of the chores listed above are much less significant.The caregiver needs to be dependable for the times they are required to be with him.Generally, with some days of exception during the school year, your day will be free for a 7-hour stretch.So, someone who is a student would be ideal.We live in a beautiful bedroom community called Clinton.Most of the homes in our town are on several acres.We live on a 5-acre property which is very remote.The topography in this area is quite breathtaking, and sometimes reminds me of the English countryside.There are lots of horse farms up here, if you like nature.We are about a 30 min train ride from Manhattan.These are two towns within a few minutes of as that has great restaurants and shops.If this is the environment that would suit your expectations as an Educare caregiver, let's engage in dialogue!Look forward to hearing from you!We are looking to get some one on board as soon as possible.Best, The Welch Family Tillträde: Hösten Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
