Au Pair/Detroit, Michigan

Our children are Elisabeth, age 9, and David, age 6.We live in Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA, which is a suburb of Detroit.We are approximately 25 miles or 40 km from Detroit.In our community, we have several local Universities, so travel is not so far when you take your classes.You are welcome to look up our community on the website: www.rochestermichigan.com.We have lived in this community for 11 years. We have a second home in Northern Michigan, where in the summer we go boating, fishing, golfing, and general relaxation.In the winter, we snowmobile, down hill ski, and enjoy other winter sports activities.We travel to our second home, many weekends.During this time, summer and winter, Lynn's parents stay at the second home also.In the spring and fall, Mary's parent travel out West to Las Vegas, Nevada.As part of our family, you will always be welcome to join us on any of our trips, either holidays or just to our second home.to 3:50 p.m., every day Monday through Friday.School ends in June.She also likes to Dance, Swim, and play Soccer and Softball.She plays very well with herself; she loves to draw pictures and anything to do with art. David is 6.He is a very determined little boy and likes to do things for himself, except clean up his room or pick up his toys (he has to do it anyways).He will be attending Kindergarten starting in August, which is 1/2 day Monday through Friday.We will not find out whether he will be in the morning or afternoon session until August. You will be responsible for making the children's breakfast and lunch, and a snack in the afternoon after school.We can review what they eat so you can provide healthy meals for them.Your hours of work will be during the day from 7:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m.Monday through Friday.Jim and I will have an occasion "date night", where we will go out to dinner, which will probably be the only evening care that we will expect.
