Au Pair/Durham, North Carolina

We live in Durham, North Carolina, which is best known for Duke University.Molly and John are both Duke alumni: John has a B.A.in math and computer science as well as a master's degree in Public Policy.While our Duke experiences overlapped by two years, we did not meet until a few years after we graduated when a favorite professor set us up on a blind date. After three years of rising our "four legged" family, we added a human baby to mix.Chloe is now 2 1/2 years old and the joy of our lives.She is mastering walking and enjoying all the discoveries that come with her newfound mobility.Chloe adores books.She wants to be read to all day long.Chloe's baby sister was born on November 18, just two days before Chloe's first birthday.Daphne is a sweet baby who smiles adoringly at anyone who makes eye contact with her.At six months, she is just starting to be able to sit up on her own and has recently grown two teeth.Daphne loves toys and will roll around on the floor to reach one that she is interested in. John is the Chief Technical Officer of a software training company based in Los Angeles.He teaches classes in Java to computer programmers all over the country.John's travel schedule varies widely, but usually averages to about one five or six day trip per month. Molly has been staying home full time with her daughter's since they were born.During this time, she has also been working to design a new house for the family and find a location to build it.We recently signed a contract with a builder and our new home will be under construction for the next year.
