Au Pair/Hinsdale, IL.

We live in a four-bedroom home in the Chicago suburb of Hinsdale, Illinois.We leave home at 6:45 a.m.and return home by 6:45 p.m.We are both attorneys at different law firms.Anja's parents live nearby and we see them frequently.Our neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with many trees.It is easy to go for walks and bike rides in our village.There is also an Olympic-style running track two blocks away for walking or running, and several tennis courts.The village center has many small shops, restaurants, coffee houses, banks, and a public library.There are many churches nearby.We are members of the Lutheran Church, and regularly attend services there.The village has a train station for the commuter train to downtown Chicago.The train ride from Hinsdale to Chicago takes 20-30 minutes.Each year we take a week of family vacation at the end of December and at the end of March.During those weeks, our au pair will take her own vacation time to spend with her family and friends.We are interested in hosting an au pair because we love to travel for business and pleasure, and because we wish to broaden the horizons of our boys' lives.We have had wonderful experiences with our past eight au pairs, seven of whom were from different parts of Germany, and one from Sweden.We think it is important to keep in touch with our past au pairs.Some of them have returned to visit us.Peter's law firm has offices throughout the world and his employment practice is international.Many of Peter's co-workers and clients are from different countries.We have taken family trips to England, France, Spain and Mexico, and all of us are very interested in foreign countries and cultures.Peter's ancestors were Swedish and German.Peter's relatives, many of whom live nearby, celebrate a Swedish Christmas with us each year.Du får alltid eget boende, 2 veckors betald semester, $500-$1000 dollar i studiemedel beroende på au pairtjänst.Flygbiljett t & r om du arbetar ett år.Visum för 13 månader.13:e månaden kan du resa runt i USA på egen hand eller genom Track America.Vi har ett ombud på platsen där du bor, som hjälper dig till rätta i din vardag och presenterar dig för andra ungdomar i området.Tillträde: Hösten -06 Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
