Here is some information about us that we hope you will find helpful when deciding whether to Join our family.For your information we have had four previous au pairs.They all had a wonderful experience of family, education, travel and making great new friends.We hope you can experience the same.I (Arden) was born in Elmhurst, Illinois in April.1966.While New York is my home I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the Midwest - I hope you have an opportunity at some point to visit that part of the United States.I was raised in the same town that Ed (dad) was and we went to high school together and started dating our third year.Ed was born on December 19, 1965.Ed went to University of Illinois for his undergraduate work and Northwestern University for his MBA.He also has his law degree.The education has helped him earn a terrific role in the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch in New York. Our daughter (Casey) is 11 years old.She is a sweet and beautiful little lady who is responsible and mature far beyond her years.She loves meeting new people and is very loving and accepting of new people in her life.She wears her heart on her sleeve and is everyone's friend!Dean was long awaited for when he finally arrived in February of 2002.Dean is very physically active and loves to run, bike and play like any boy his age, especially with trains, boats and cars.He has a super disposition and the best rolling laugh you have ever heard.He likes his routine of gymnastics, swimming, soccer, tennis, eating, playing and sleeping.
