Au Pair/Lexington, Kentucky.

Our family consists of Margery and Cary, the parents, and Betsy our thirteen-year-old daughter who will be in the eighth grade this fall. Margery and Cary are both physicians who work in hospitals in Lexington, Kentucky, a university community of about 250,000 people. In fact, we live only three miles from the University of Kentucky campus. Our house is in a relatively new neighborhood; the house is about six years old. The au pair will of course have its own bedroom with a queen-sized bed, other furniture, as well as its own private bathroom. There are three large windows in the au pair's bedroom, looking out into our backyard. As mentioned earlier, we live in Lexington, Kentucky. Kentucky is in the middle of the eastern United States. For this reason, we have nice weather and the benefit of four seasons. The summers are wonderful and not too hot. The winters are short with an occasional snow. The spring and autumn are my favorite seasons, however. There are many things to do in Lexington-all kinds of sports and sports clubs, hiking, just about any outdoor activity you want to do. We have a wide variety of interests including reading, working on our yard and spending time together. Betsy has been involved in several sports over the years. She mostly enjoys soccer and basketball. We would like to have an au pair in order to expose Betsy to other cultures and languages, as well as to provide stable childcare in our home for at least a one-ear period, and up to two years if everything works out. Betsy is a very bright and engaging girl; we would like someone that would be able to encourage her. Since we sometimes work into the evening, we will need for our au pair to be able to assist Betsy with her homework. We would like for you to be able to look over the homework, and perhaps be able to tell whether or not she has given good answers to questions and figured her math correctly. I am certain that the au pair that comes to our home to live will have a great time and will learn a lot. Tillträde: Våren-07 Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
