We are currently looking for our third Au Pair through the Au Pair in America program.We are happy to say that we have had two very successful matches in the past and we hope to continue with this trend.We have four children, ages 7, 4, 3 and one years old.Our children are at the ages where nurturing, patience, energy, and flexibility are critical qualities that a caregiver must possess in order to be successful.Our days are very busy - there are buses to be met at the end of each day, dropping off and picking up at preschool each day, after school activities, birthday parties, etc.I am used to taking care of this aspect but a newborn in the mix will make things even more complicated.
