Au Pair/Los Angeles, California

We are currently in the process of adopting our first child.We are in our early thirties and have been married for ten years.We live in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, California.We are both involved in the film business and most of our friends are filmmakers or actors in Hollywood. We live in the hills under the famous Hollywood sign in a three-bedroom house with an attached guest room for the Au Pair.Our home life is pretty casual and we are very active in the community here in Los Angeles.We entertain often and our friends are very warm and creative people.We love to ski and snowboard in the winter and scuba dive in the summer.We would love for our au pair to join us on our trips. Our families live close to us and we get together quite often.Needless to say there will be lots to do and explore in Los Angeles.Our neighbourhood is a very safe and friendly one and the city offers a lot of cultural richness.As first time parents, we are not really sure of our child's schedule or what to expect from an au pair.We would like to work that out together.We will need childcare during the weekdays but not for long hours and we may trade some daytime hours for a couple of evenings during the week to go to dinner or a movie.We are both very open and very young at heart and we like to have fun.Our au pair will become a member of our family and a good friend to our new baby and to us.Tillträde: Hösten -08 Fri resa och sjukförsäkring ingår (värde 5800:-) om du har en komplett ansökan före den 31 juli 2008.Gäller vid avresa till USA under 2008.Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Regelbundna Au Pairmöten i USA.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
