Let me introduce you to our family.There are 5 of us, all very active.I'm the mother of 4 children and work for a major telecommunications company.My eldest child is 12.He enjoys basketball, ice and roller hockey, baseball and soccer.He also takes drum and piano classes and is pretty talented.My eldest daughter is 10.She enjoys soccer, basketball and softball.The 2 youngest are 8-year-old twin daughters and enjoy soccer and dance.Our home environment is very relaxed and informal.However there are a few house rules that must be abided by and these are to ensure everyone's safety.We have 3 cats and 2 goldfish that help keep us entertained and happy.I really strive for a respectful environment for the children.I believe that an au pair who feels loved and respected will provide the best care for the children.I want to encourage the children's creativity and resourcefulness and I hope you will support these principles.We live less than 10 miles from the ocean and so have frequent trips to the beach.There are also lots of theatres that we visit.New York city is 90 minutes away to the North and Philadelphia is 90 minutes to the West.There are plenty of educational institutions where our au pair can take evening or weekend classes.You will be involved with the primary care of the children, the children's laundry and household tasks related to the children.I hope that we will enrich your life with our culture while at the same time learning about your country's traditions.I want the children to have a broad perspective of the world and I feel that your year with us will be an important part of their overall learning experience.I know you will become a valuable member of the family and a "big sister" to the children.We are eager to meet you and wish you a safe trip to our country.Tillträde: Hösten -09 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Regelbundna Au Pairmöten i USA.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
