At the heart, we are a very close knit loving family that values education, family, and friendships, We love the outdoors and have spent many family vacations skiing Lake Tahoe, hiking in Yosemite National Park, and Scuba diving in Hawaii.We also like to take advantage of the cultural benefits (music, theater, etc) of living in the New York City area, However, most nights are spent at home listening to music, watching movies, and enjoying time as a family.My husband Eloy (37 years old) works for JP Morgan Chase in New York City, He commutes to work by car each day from our suburban neighborhood.Eloy and I (Patricia 36 years old) met when we were classmates at Harvard Business School in 1997 and married in 1999.Although I enjoyed my career in business, I left the workplace following the birth of our son, Craig (5 years old) because of the importance that we place on family.Our children, Jane(3 years old), and Joe 1 year old) are the joy of our lives.Craig is a kind and intelligent little boy.He loves riding his bicycle, playing, soccer, swimming, and getting together with friends.Jane is a fine and spirited girl who enjoys riding her bike, playing Barbie Dolls, and dressing up.Joe a delightful child with a happy disposition.This coming fall Joe will attend Kindergarten from 9AM to 3PM five days a week.Jane will attend pre-school from 9AM to 11:30 AM five mornings a week.Our home is three stories and has a good amount of inside and outside space for our family, On the tap floor is: Craig's bedroom, a bedroom for an Au Pair, and a bathroom.The Au Pair's room include3 a television, phone, and computer with a high-speed Internet connection.While, we live a fairly casual, relaxed lifestyle, our household rules do include no smoking and no overnight guests.Our home is 15 miles from New York City, There is a train station within walking distance from our house and there is bus service to New York City as well.Travel time to New York City is under an hour by public transportation.The Village we live in has a plethora of stores, restaurants, coffee houses, a movie theatre, etc.We have three cars - one of which is primarily used by the Au Pair for driving the children and personal use.This year was our third year with Au Pair in America, for the past year we have hosted an Au Pair from Brazil.She has been a wonderful addition to our family.She has enjoyed weekends to New York City and recently took a two-week vacation in Japan.We will be sad to see her go, when she returns to Brazil in September to further her schooling and career.Tillträde: Hösten -07 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
