Au Pair/North Caldwell, NJ.

My husband and I have been married far 10 years and we have 3 1/2 year old twin boys named Rade and John.They will be 4 on November 15.The four of us live in North Caldwell, NJ; approximately 30 minutes drive to New York City (Manhattan).Ken is a Real Estate Tax Consultant/Attorney and works for a real estate management company in New Hyde Park, NY.I (Sara) am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Masters degree in finance.I worked for a small, entrepreneurial family investment firm I stopped working when our family moved from Manhattan to New Jersey at the end of 2001.I am thinking of working part-time in the near future.We have had full time live-in and live-out help since the boys were born.Currently, we have an Au Pair with us from Germany.She will finish her year here in late September.We visit my parents in Manhattan during the week sometimes.Occasionally during the week we will go to a children's museum or other cultural activity with the boys.Currently, the boys take a nap at home in the afternoon.Even though I am not working now, the boys spend most of the afternoon with the Au Pair during the week.The Au Pair stays with the boys at the house and puts them down for their nap.I spend most of my time with the boys in the morning before school, from dinner until they go to sleep and on the weekends.The current Au Pair is responsible for helping take care of the boys during the day.As the boys don't need a caretaker around them all the time when we are at the house, I have encouraged the Au Pair to let the boys play on their own as much as they can.Obviously, the boys are not old enough to do everything by themselves at the house.The Au Pair will help with lunch for the boys and will help clean up after meals.The Au Pair also helps to clean up after the boys are finished playing with toys and gets the boys involved in helping clean up their toys.For the past four years, we have taken the boys to stay at my parent's house in Florida for two weeks in February, with the Au Pair.The Au Pair has a bedroom but shares a bathroom.The weekends are free for the Au Pair in Florida.My parents live in Florida for six months during the year and live in New York City for six months during the year. Ken and I are looking forward to hosting an Au Pair again through this program.Both boys love our current Au Pair.Ken and I love to travel and understand what it is like to be away from home for an extended period of time.We will try to make your stay here as memorable and fun as possible.Tillträde: Hösten Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
