Au Pair/Philadelphia.

We are a very close family of four and enjoy doing many activities together.Some of our leisure activities include going for walks, bicycling, playing outside, doing arts and craft projects and talking.My husband and I believe that a family should be a team.We are trying to instil in our children the idea that if we are there for each other and no problem is too big to deal with.Both my husband and myself are physicians and our work is very demanding and the reason for having an au pair.We're looking for someone flexible, reliable and someone who will give loving care to our children.The kids are great!They are both very well behaved.Our eldest daughter is 6 years old is very intelligent, quite sensitive and very serious and very energetic.She loves playing outside, going gymnastics and ballet.Our 2 year old daughter is as energetic is her sister.She has a good sense of humour, is very sensitive to criticism and very intelligent.She's still too young to go to school and loves playing outside, draw, playing with her toys and listening to books. We live in Philadelphia in a very spacious house.We have some rules that we would want the au pair to know about.We do not allow anyone to smoke in the house.Unless we are entertaining, we all eat our food in the breakfast room, kitchen or dining room only. We have a beach house that we visit every summer and the au pair will of course join us on these trips.We might sound like a really disciplined and strict family, but rules are important to us and we feel that discipline as very important when it involves bringing up our children.We're a fun family though and all of us will have an absolute wonderful year together.We look forward to having an au pair and learn about her culture.Tillträde: efter ök Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
