Au Pair/San Francisco, CA

Christian and I are blessed to have three healthy, well-adjusted children and a fourth due in May.We planned on having a large family and you can see we have been quite successful.We are contacting Au Pair America in the hope that when the 4th child arrives we will have found someone to assist with rearing our children and, ultimately, someone who feels they are the 7th members of our family.We would therefore respectively request that our Au Pair have experience with babies and toddlers.Hailey and Michael currently attend pre-school M-W-F from 8:30 -12:30.They are also involved in a number of athletic endeavors and a great amount of indoor/outdoor play that generates some of the most interesting of imaginary games and friends.We have a very large backyard with a pool and are walking distance from our country club where the kids often spend summer days at the pool.We are also fortunate enough to own a home in the mountains (Lake Tahoe) where we hike, bike and water ski in the summer and ski all winter.We also spend at least one week a year at our timeshare in Kauai.Accordingly, it is important that our Au Pair is athletic and interested in the great outdoors.It is a requirement that she be a very good swimmer who would be comfortable around the water with small children.Our Au Pair would only be responsible for daily duties associated with the children.This would require someone who is very comfortable behind the wheel of a car.Furthermore, although we live in a suburb 25 miles from San Francisco it is important to have someone who has experience with traffic associated with large cities (welcome to California!).We have a couple of gym memberships and try to exercise at least three times a week.The Au Pair would also be able to utilize (clubs have child-care on premises) the facilities.
