Au Pair/Santa Clarita, California.

I am a single working mother of three school-aged children.We as a family are very active and are always on the go.I work variable hours as an anesthesiologist some of the days I work are long and I tend to come home wanting to rest.Some days are very short and the first thing I do is take out the children.Most days I arrive home in the late afternoon or before dinner and take the children to their activities.Since I work variable hours, I have my schedule posted one month in advance.This way the children and the au pair have some idea when to expect me home.The children all attend the same school.They ride the same bus to and from school.They need to be ready for the bus at 7 am and return home before 3pm.The bus stop is in front of our house.The au pair's responsibilities are to get the children ready for school, making breakfast, making sure the clothes they wear are appropriate for the weather, etc.When the children arrive home, the first thing they are to do is their homework.Afterwards, they are to get ready for their scheduled activities.The au pair will take them to the activities, wait there until they are done and take them back home.The au pair will then have the children finish homework if not done already, and prepare dinner.The children prepare for bed at 8pm and in bed at 9pm.The children's activities change periodically from time to time.Each change will be posted as they occur.The children are currently involved with hockey, tae kwon do, volleyball and technology club.Since the children were infants, I have always had a nanny or au pair.The past 3 years we have had au pairs from Sweden, Germany and Mexico.All 3 au pairs still write to our family and keep in touch.As a family, we welcome other cultures and appreciate the au pairs sharing them with us.We in turn, took forward to sharing our culture as well.We live in a close-knit neighborhood and have wonderful neighbors.Our town is great with everything close by.Los Angeles is the nearest city about 30 minutes away.What we are looking for in an au pair is someone who is active.Someone who is fun with school-aged children.Someone who can take a leadership role with children and take charge.Our au pair must be organized and neat.We would like someone who is family oriented and would like to become a member of our family.We look forward to having our au pair become a member of our family!We are a fun and energetic family!Tillträde: Hösten/Vintern Ålder: 18 - 26 år.
