We are excited to welcome someone into our home that will help create a nurturing environment for our children and likewise benefit from the experiences that we can show them.Victoria works in the financial services industry.Consequently, she has fairly intense but consistent days that require her to be out of the house during trading hours' with only little flexibility around these hours.Henry currently is working in an of ice in the house and spends days there or away at meetings.We rarely work nights/weekends and try to maximize those times for family activities.Henry and I have a number of degrees and work experiences in administration and finance, respectively.They all attend a private progressive school located about a 15-minute drive from our home. Joanna currently is in the 7th grade there and accordingly is accustomed to being in a group setting with regular stimulus and companionship.She is inquisitive, emotional and prefers being with others rather than amusing herself.Olivia will be going into 1st grade this coming September.She is on the cusp of reading and always loves to show off her new skills.She is very energetic, social and talkative. Terry will go into Kindergarten in September.He is very much a typical boy and loves anything to do with trucks, guns and super heroes.We have recently moved into a new home and are still unpacking and adjusting.The area we nave put aside for the Au Pair is above the garage.It is a separate apartment from the main house.The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area, dining area and living room with TV/DVD and full satellite access.We also make a car available solely for her use so that she can enjoy a fair amount of independence that we strongly encourage.We employ a full-time housekeeper, so the responsibilities of the nanny would be more geared toward organizing the children's schedules: Driving to and from after school activities such as dance class, piano lessons and religious education classes.We would want the au pair to take care of the children one night during the weekend and for a few hours on Saturdays.As mentioned previously, the au pair's working hours would be fairly consistent and would leave her with considerable time to explore her outside interests.Tillträde: Hösten -07 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
