My husband and I both came to the US about 9 years ago.I come from New Zealand and my husband came to the US from Sweden.We have twin boys and live in Herndon, Virginia.Herndon is located 25-45 minutes drive (depending on traffic) southwest of Washington DC.We live in a two level home in a lovely neighbourhood near the town centre and close to many amenities and recreational areas (i.e.walking distance from local library, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course and bike trail to Washington DC).Our sons are fraternal twins.Although very different in personality, they are both pleasant and engaging.We have been very lucky to have the grandparents here from both New Zealand and Sweden to help out the first few weeks.
