Au Pair/Wayne, NJ

Dear Prospective Au Pair: I'd like to introduce ourselves and extended family to you so you know what we are like and whether we would be a good fit.My name is Sara, my husband is Mathew and we have twin 18-month daughters, Monica and Hilary.We also have an eight-year-old cat and a five-year-old Pug dog.We look forward to a summer of boating, fishing, swimming and other recreation on the lake.This is a small community in a fairly large town only 40 miles from NYC.We hope it will be a quiet fun place for the girls to play but still be convenient to where Mathew and I both work and will provide plenty of places to explore for our Au Pair.There are several other good community colleges and universities in the area.We can help our Au Pair find a school to study nearly every subject imaginable!There are over 25 schools in a 50-mile radius in this area.Wayne is also very convenient to NYC.There is bus and train transportation to the city from Wayne.It is also a short ride to the mountains of NY and PA for skiing or the beaches of NJ.Boston and Washington DC are both about 5 hours away.Let me tell you a little about Mathew and myself.Mathew and I have been married for 8 years.I am 36 and he is 32.Mathew was born and raised in Southern California.I lived in California for 9 years and we met there.His family still lives in Orange County.California (where Disney Land is, just south of LA).We usually visit California once a year and we are planning to go this Christmas.We hope our Au Pair will come along.I was born and raised in Connecticut and much of my family still lives there.It is only a 2-hour drive to my parents home in Hartford, CT or my sister's house in Glastonbury.We usually drive up to visit about once a month.We are excited to have an Au Pair as part of our family.While we were house shopping we kept in mind our hopes to have a live in Au Pair and we found a house that had a private bedroom and bathroom.We hope our Au Pair will be part of the family and feel comfortable hanging out with us in the evenings, join us on vacations, and family parties.But we understand the need for privacy and some time alone after a hectic day with Monica and Hilary.There is so much to explore and see in this area and NYC.We know there will be plenty to do every weekend.Tillträde: Vintern/Hösten -09 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Regelbundna Au Pairmöten i USA.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
