Au Pair/White Plains, New York.

Katrina and I have been married for nine years.Each morning they go to a wonderful preschool.They come home for lunch.Afterwards, they may have a play date with other children from preschool, go to a dance or music class, or play in the backyard with neighborhood children.They like going to baseball games, being read to, and playing together.They are learning how to throw and catch a ball and how to ride a bicycle.This winter we hope to introduce them to ice skating and maybe musical instruments.We live in White Plains NY, which is one of New York City's largest suburban communities.We are 35 minutes north of New York City by train and 45 minutes by car.New York City has a broad, range of activities and opportunities which are unparalleled even among the world's other large cities.White Plains boasts fantastic shopping, restaurants, several colleges, a great public library, an excellent public bus system, and plenty of parks.We have terrific neighbors who are outgoing and friendly.Next door to our home is the YWCA, which has many activities, as well as a great Swimming pool.Katrina and I both work full time.I work as an attorney and my office is in the neighboring town of New Rochelle.Katrina is a Court Reporter and she works in New York City.We enjoy bicycling and have recently taken up golf.Both Katrina and I like to swim.Neither of us smokes and we don't want smoking in our home.We don't have any household rules per se, but we would expect that our au pair would respect us and our home, just as she would expect others staying in her home to treat her with courtesy and respect.Our au pair will have her own bedroom and her own bathroom on the first floor of our raised ranch, it has its own separate entrance as well as a stairway to the main floor of the house.We hope that the au pair who comes to share her year with us is friendly, trustworthy, fun to be with, loves and is patient with children, is ready to help us care for our twins, and wants to spend time learning about our culture.Tillträde: Hösten -07 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
