We also have a pug dog, Kimmy, who is 8 years old and very sweet, our cockatiel bird named Honey, a hermit crab who continues to remain nameless, and we have reserved a female german shepherd puppy from a litter that will be ready for us (8 weeks old) in mid-December.I think she will be named Kayla.I am an orthodontist and work 2 days a week.Phil is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and works full-time.We live about 5-10 minutes from our offices.Phil and I met in college at the University of Pennsylvania and have known each other for 15 years.Because we both have post-graduate education, we started having our children at a later age.I am 36 and Phil is 37.We live in a beautiful home in Winter Haven, Florida on 8 acres and on a large lake.We live about a half hour from Disney world, an hour from Orlando, and an hour from Tampa, Florida.We are also an hour's drive to the beach.We spend a lot of family time together.The goals we have for our children are to grow up in a loving, enriching, fun environment where they feel loved, secure, and understand the importance of family.We want them to have an appreciation for nature, including plants, trees and animals.We want them to understand that they can achieve whatever they want in life with hard work and perseverance.We want them to learn to treat other people with respect.Grace comes to work with me.Tyler is enrolled 5 days a week in school.The reason we are seeking an au pair is to help with the children.We both spend a lot of time with the children, which is very important to us.However, we would like to spend some time alone together also.Three small children require a lot of patience and energy.We would like to have someone to help us take care of their everyday needs, such as help me get them ready for school in the morning, help prepare their meals, help me with them when we go to the grocery store or run errands, or simply play with them outside while Phil and I do some gardening.The most important quality for our relationship with our au pair is trust.We must trust that our children will be safe and loved, that their needs will be met and that they will have fun and learn throughout the day.We will make our au pair part of our family, and take tha au pair with us on vacations and family outings.We would like someone who enjoys being active outdoors, swimming, walking, loves animals and playing with children.We look forward to meeting you!Tillträde: Hösten -08 Eget boende, betald semester.Studiemedel 500-1000 dollar.Inga kostnader för flyg om du arbetar ett år som au pair.Visum för 13 månader.Försäkring ingår.Hemreseskydd vid allvarlig familjesituation.4 dagars kurs i NY innan ankomst till familjen.Vi gör regelbundna intervjuer på orter runt om i Sverige.
