Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer
What You Will Work On
Develop and program automation solutions based on technical specifications
Support start-ups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and FAT activities
Perform continuous software testing and adhere to coding standards
Maintain SDS/FRS/FDS documentation and technical documentation
Develop new software functions and validate design against requirements
Conduct design reviews and act as design lead for software projects
Plan sprints, coordinate software activities, and manage validation and release processes
Stay updated on new technologies and implement best practices in automation

What You Bring
University degree in Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, or equivalent
Strong background in PLC programming (STL, LAD, FBD, SCL)
Practical experience with Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, B&R, or MathWorks tools (Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Embedded Coder)
Knowledge of software development models and standards, including S88
Proficiency in modern software design tools
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Highly self-driven, proactive, and engaged
Strong commitment and positive energy in daily work
