About the job
Within AFRY, we develop and deliver solutions for vehicles, systems, functions and attributes to customers in the automotive industry. Our customers are both established OEM’s, startup companies and system suppliers (Tier 1). We operate all over the world; mainly in Sweden, China, Brazil, US and UK.
AFRY is in full swing and we are constantly winning new and exciting projects.
Many projects are conducted in-house, but assignments at our customers also occur. We are now looking for you who have experience of working in automotive assignment management and have ambitions to develop and grow further with us. The projects range from feasibility studies to industrialization in the following technology areas: Exterior, Interior, Body, Chassis, Climate and Mechanical integration.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have at least two years' experience as task leader/GDL or similar role. You have technical competence in any of the following vehicle areas; Exterior, Interior, Body, Chassis, Climate and Mechanical integration.
As a person, we believe that you are a team player with leadership qualities. You have individual qualities such as forward thinking, creativity and good problem-solving ability. You should enjoy sharing your experiences and ideas, be a support for both junior consultants and the more senior ones, and you’re able to take great responsibility in your work. You are an ambassador for AFRY and an energizing inspirer in the working group. It is important that you are fluent in English, both in writing and verbally as this is required in contact with colleagues and customers. It is meritorious if you speak Swedish as well.
