The Axis business model is strictly indirect and all sales go through a network of distribution partners and system integrators in more than 70 countries worldwide.Axis strives to keep its partners educated on network video solutions including the latest developments in the field.The education is organized though AXIS Academy, which is an umbrella for different trainings, developed for our partners.Most of the trainings existing today are of a technical nature and focus on functions and features in our products and the technology behind those functions.We now see a need for other types of trainings, e.g.trainings that are more design-oriented, aiming at bigger installations.There are also requests for seminars with a more general network video content. We are now looking for a person who can drive the future development of AXIS Academy. The following tasks are valid: - Develop the AXIS Academy concept and new training courses - Investigate the need for new trainings in close cooperation with the sales force - Run "train the trainers courses" for the new trainings - Develop and run seminars - Be responsible for quality assurance of the trainings run in the subsidiaries Competence and experience: - Good technical knowledge within networking and/or CCTV and advanced experience working with computers; experience with network video is a plus - Experience of project management - Pedagogical skills with ability to structure and present complicated technical matters in an easy way - Fluent in spoken and written English, good knowledge of another language is a plus - Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS PowerPoint Questions about this position?
