Samsung is now looking for a B2B Service Manager. In this role you will have the overall responsibility to develop our Nordic B2B Service department with 6 direct reports. You will be an important part of Samsung?s continuing growth in the B2B business and have a lot of internal- and external contacts. You will be working in our Kista Office; the role includes travel in the Nordic region.

You will be working with:

- Continue to build up the relatively new B2B service organization
- Supporting B2B Sales
- Preparing service recovery plans and work with Nordic countries B2B Service Account Managers
- Preparing and set Regional Service Strategies for IT and Mobile B2B products
- Supporting and align service strategies with sales and marketing team on IT and Mobile B2B products
- Ensuring service deliverables are met in accordance with service plans and KPI:s

Suitable background:

- At least 5 years? experience from the B2B Business within the IT- or Mobile industry
- Experience from the service or maintenance field e.g. prizing and services
- Experience from B2B Service Development
- Experience from a leading role with direct reports
- Knowledge of Business Solutions (IT Solution, SW and Telecom)
- High levels of computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English, another Nordic language is a plus
